What this site is

This site provides educational information about gestational surrogacy and a way to apply to be reviewed as a prospective surrogate. We are not a surrogacy agency, fertility clinic, medical provider or law firm, and nothing here is medical or legal advice.

No guarantee

Completing the eligibility quiz or the application does not qualify you to be a surrogate and does not guarantee acceptance by any program. Eligibility is determined by individual agencies and their clinics. No compensation amount described on this site is promised to you; compensation is set in an individual legal contract negotiated between the parties.

Your information

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You may withdraw your application, or any consent you have given, at any time by contacting us.

Partner introductions

It never costs you anything to use this site. We may be compensated by a participating partner program when we introduce a candidate or reach a referral milestone. We share your information with a program only after you give written consent naming that program.
